seems like us tax laws underlying purpose is to inhibit people from getting into crypto as the tax liability would be burdensome to keep track of for every little trade….or the people who came up with the tax laws didn't care to come up with anything practical like france did.

I've been saving money for a couple months. Waiting for bitcoin to take a sub 9k dump. I got in during a small rally that pushed the price to 8700. Then it proceeded to dump further. FML. I'll take a ledger.
