30. I am happy to see crypto doing better so far this year. But this weirdo is so hyped up that he doesn't know shit he is talking about. There is something called laws/regulations, if you know anything about government/legislature, it takes them forever to approve/pass/create laws. We are not in bull run until we close the month of February for over 9600. Take it easy. I wish everyone the best and hope this is a good year for crypto.
