6. Anyone can buy large sums of Bitcoin (in the 1000's) through the OTC Desk of say Bitfinex, or any other available exchange OTC Desk, while not pushing market price upward had they purchased on the live market.

   Then that buyer can send said 1000's of BTC to their exchange deposit address and dump on the market to suppress the price.

   Do you really think the Federal Reserve is going to allow Bitcoin, or any other non sanctioned crypto, to be an avenue of escaping their fiat debt system?
   As long as they have a printing press churning out pallets of 100 dollar notes?
   The Federal Reserve is already pumping tens of billions a day into the US Bond market.

7. Aight. The Corona deal is overblown. It is glorified flu. Yae it sucks if you get it, but all it will do to a normal reasonably healthy person is take you out of commission for 10 days. I have been buying eth and Btc on the way down. The goal is to own more crypto not dollars worth of crypto.

18. I actually think BTC will also rise in price due to the coronavirus. If you think the economy goes down, where else would you want to put your money in before that happens? Precious metals and crypto mainly, as they are the best currencies. The price decrease we've seen in the last days is simply because of the massive price increase we had before. A healthy dip before another run.

19. the long term aim of bitcoin is actually not to be priced against fiat,my guess is it will be priced against gold and visa versa maybe sooner than we think, and other useable cryptos will be adopted regionally like Dash, DGB Nano, as any one single crypto can not handle being worldwide.

28. My insight/rant for the day:
    1) Covid 19 doesn't like hot and humid regions. The proof is Southeast Asia. Numbers didn't explode in Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, etc. Africa and South America are intact.
    2- The shutdown of China led to improvement in air quality. For instance, in many cities people are starting to see stars again due to reduction in smog.
    3- Centralization is BAD. Countries who depend heavily on import from China are screwed. However, mark my words, they will not learn from this lesson.
    4- Bitcoin is not God. It is not immune when a disaster hits. Owning bitcoin is almost worthless when you find yourself locked in a city like Wuhan. You cannot eat it when everything is shut down and there is no food to buy in the markets.
    5- The big lesson is to be ready all the time. Store food and basic necessities that can last for a few months, put some cash/fiat aside, diversify your portfolio, besides crypto, have some gold and silver.
    6- Never trust bureaucrats in the gov or any global agency. Don't trust main media either that promote their messages. For example, the WHO has been lying about this Coronavirus. It has been prioritizing helping special interests rather than inform the public about the real risk that this virus represents.
    7- Fuck the banks, stock market and the tax man.
