14. I think your institutional investors, as well as many in the public are in the process of liquidating assets. On the whole, cash is still king. Non-tangible assets, like BTC, are going to be left by the wayside until we see a true turn around for this virus. Yes, percentage wise, the numbers are not that bad, BUT when the CDC and WHO both say there is no current cure, that will keep people in a panic. Even if there is magically a cure that can start being manufactured tomorrow, we wills till see at least a month of the continued bear market for all assets.
