Sorry, this is not a good overview. You are not seeing the bigger picture. Decentralization is a key point. Libra is not decentralized (only 28 companies) on a permissioned system that is not even a blockchain. It is centralized editable e-cash. Imagine a "coin" for the accredited people in the elysium movie.
