You’re judging Craig Wright’s actions by what you think Satoshi would do. That’s unrealistic and basically stupid. If you missed Bitcoin when it was $100, you may get a second chance with BSV. Up to you. I’d buy a few, if I were you. I’m not, but I have some.

As a patent attorney I can probably make you relax a bit: As soon as a particular software code is published as open source, no one can obtain a patent or copyright for this code, unless he/she can prove in a clear and convincing way that he/she has created this code before the date of publication.
3 years ago at a bitcoin conference in SF, Jeff Garzik, an OG programmer who frequently communicated with Satoshi, told me that the infamous Satoshi was, in fact, Dave Kleiman, Craig Wright’s now deceased business partner who died from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. There is an ongoing lawsuit between Kleiman’s Estate and Craig Wright and when I looked into the details it backs up Jeff's assertion. I really wanted Satoshi to be an AI sentient who time traveled back to save us from our own annihilation, but it's more likely Kleiman. Satoshi is everyone. The creator doesn’t matter, it’s what we the people do with it. Craig Wright trying to take credit for Kleiman's work so he can be the next Bill Gates / Bezos is disgraceful and him suggesting the government is backing his claim is a joke.
