  5. I just realized… if you were a true crypto hodlr k dub.. why do you speak on trading it and keep bringing up levels? Trading bitcoin as it if it was a stock is essentially going against what bitcoin was supposed to be built for

Ambulance-chasing lawyers losing all credibility when you hear they've listed the likes of Kyber and ICX on the complaints – two tokens with actual current real-world utility, ICX in particular in the wake of Covid with its biometric ID properties. If they'd stuck to teaching Bitmex a lesson, fair enough – we all know they screwed traders in the crash.
    However, the entirety of the lawsuits are just fucking embarrassing – sounds like a bunch of ignorant empty suits who would have sued the internet in the 90s. "We believe people actually tell LIES on this interweb thing, your Honor…"

  10. I don’t believe it’s a big deal. The SOLs is 2 years under the Securities Act to bring a cause of action. For most of these lawsuits the statute of limitations has run and will likely be dismissed by the Court on a motion to dismiss.

  15. John McAfee is a fool. I think the perceived impact of these lawsuits are overblown. Let's hope BTC breaks to the upside. It's not going to be a good look to have another big leg down.

  32. Good 95% of the altcoins are shit. Just imagine if all this money goes into BTC, ADA, ETH, LTC. Basically where it should go. Flush the garbage out.

  40. If all those alts could be deemed securities, it might hurt on the short term, but it would not necessarily be a bad thing, restricting all the garbage coins and focusing on the minority of good coins.
