3. Talking to a police officer can be a crime too if it is with the intend to distract him and let another crime be committed. It can be either obstruction of justice or collaborating in a crime. I think for mixing coins it will be the same and it will not be a crime in itself.

18. You forgot to mention that the guy's assets have been sized under the "Asset Forfeiture law" and that includes his Hardwallet devices. They also asked Belize authorities to confiscate his assets there and mainly look for bitcoin wallets if any. His wife and brother were also robbed in the same way. My blood is boiling over these kind of abuses.

22. I'm just a fly on the wall but I recommend starting a serious defense fund for this guy. This would be something the Youtube crypto content creators could spearhead. This isn't a solid case at all and a victory here would be good. At the very least you could drag this out for years which will allow the space to continue to grow. We all knew this would day come. You don't have to win, you just have to make it hurt. Its the porcupine strategy. If this space cannot do that then you can forget about privacy coins or anonymity. The governments are preparing to switch to CBDCs and when they do, you can expect negative interest rates. Make every single one of these attacks hurt and they will back off. Do nothing, you can forget about 90% of the market.
    It wont survive the regulations coming.
