Why is it that everyone is bullish on bitcoin long term but bearish short term?

For anyone who has been in this game for more than 3 years, you should know that this market is very unpredictable. I'll be the first one jumping for joy if BTC hits 20k and beyond. However, I think that a bit of caution is needed when listening to people trying to predict this market. Nick does a great job so this is no knock on him at all. It's just that when I see content creators mentioning 20k, 50k, 500k or even 6k, what they are really saying is that they have no idea where this thing is going. Just remember to make your own investing decisions based on a number of different sources and, most importantly, your own analysis.
I feel that in times like this, we should not speculate or predict the price of Bitcoin. personally, my strategy has been to diversify so as to mitigate the risk. I hold 50% my portfolio in BTC, the rest I hold some altcoins, ETH being the obvious one of course. Some small cap coins that I personally like are MITX, LTO, and CHX (which had just announced a partnership with A Madrid, crazy shit). lemme know your thoughts
I'm using the Alessio Rastani indicator where you do the opposite of what he does. This indicator has worked wonders this year. He is very bearish right now, so do the opposite
