Crypto’s are outside the realm of anything to do with US IRS tax codes. UNLESS you cash out into USD (as an American citizen). Foreign citizens will have different structure system. Per each individuals tax laws.

Crypto’s are a different entity , and are not in the realm of federal reserve statues.
The irs can only Inforce taxable income or earned income once the profit is realized in USD .

Crytos can be exchanged from USD into any crypto, Exchanged out into a different crypto, (you can move away to another country/ give up your US citizenship) pay your $2500 tax exit fee) and then live else where,
Cash out in whatever foreign place your at at whatever currency you wish, or Lee it in crypto. Then tell the irs to beat it!!!

(((However with this said, there will soon be a one world govt, and a one world tax)) IF bitcoin /crypto’s become a one world currency.

Once this happens there’s no where to park your money to escape the clutches of Taxed income profits.
