  10. I spoke with the vendor of a Bitcoin ATM once. He said, even though he's required to do KYC, he told me he never premptively forwards the data and, to date, has never been requested the data.

    I didn't like paying up to 10% fee for buying from the ATM. The vendor agreed to let me do direct P2P with him instead. He said he'll have to ask for my ID if I want more than $3k worth. So, I always buy no more than $3k every time we meet again in person.

  11. I went today and bought $200.00 in Bitcoin from a Rockitcoin ATM and they charged me $30.00 for the buy. I got $170.00 in Bitcoin for my $200.00, not going to that machine again.

  12. Unfortunately KYC is here to stay, that being said the advantage of using an ATM is the time factor. With Coinbase you will have to wait sometimes a week before you can move your bitcoin.

  14. Thanks for the video. This was exactly my thoughts. I cannot find a bitcoin ATM with no KYC. I doubt they exist because the regulators are NOT going to allow no KYC. If they require all exchanges to comply – they are certainly going to REQUIRE ALL ATM''s to comply. I just tried to do this today and had the exact same issue. I did NOT provide my personal information. The ATM I tried to use wanted me to create an account with them using their APP then take a picture with my phone and submit my picture and ID for verification. If I am going to go thru all that – I may as well just use Coinbase where I'm already verified. I awn trying to escape from Coinbase AND the KYC requirement. We should NOT be force to provide personal information in order to USE MONEY. We have been DUPED by the FIAT Money system far too long and as you stated – THE WHOLE REASON FOR CRYPTO IS TO ESCAPE THE SYSTEM. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP.

  27. The rewards in my brave browser don't seem to be working right after an update. If I click on the rewards icon, no site shows any attention. It used to. I wonder when they are going to implement the ads feature.
