The price pump for Elastos was caused by a tweet from the CEO, Elastos has filed with 7 exchanges. Elastos, unlike most cryptos such as EOS, has a mainnet launched and functioning blockchain. They already have the operating system running on phones. Elastos can be run as either an operating system or as a app on an Android or iOS to run dapps from. It's quite exciting to see! Also, in December it will become the first crypto to be comined with BTC. The goal of Elastos is to model the scarcity of BTC.
