Dear Blockchain, is there a Number where I can talk to a person. I was getting help from Coinbase regarding transferring funds from my Blockchain to Coinbase. I was having a problem doing the transfer, so they had me do a back up on my Blockchain. I had my own cryptonic phrase, but with this problem they had me do a back up in order to fix the problem. After they got the cryptionic phrase from the back up they told me they were still having a problem and to check back with Coinbase on Monday. I then after a while checked my Blockchain and my 39,000 bitcoin were gone, they were kind enough to leave me 2000. I called them of course and told them what did you do with my bitcoin and they said due to the problem I needed to check back with them on Monday, that it would be resolved then, and I would have all my bitcoin back. I don’t believe them I think I was scammed big-time I am so crushed I was saving those bitcoin for my children and grandchildren. My question is do I have to do another back up to get another Cryptonic phrase to save the two grand that I have in there now? ?Lupe
