The stars align for Bitcoin how? Do you really think that an asset with 30% – 50% price swings, wash trading other forms of manipulation (see Tether) is the asset that investors who are running from traditional market volatility are going to place their money? I think that it’s too early for that for Bitcoin.

It's not picking up steam though. BTC has been losing steam for the last two months going sideways and interest based on Google trends is almost at bear market levels again.
As someone who works for a downstream JV between Chevron and P66 you are spot on with your analysis of oil prices, supply and demand.
I do not underestimate the fundamental value of BAKKT entering the market next month. In 2017/18 prices were way overextended at the peak for a multitude of reasons. The drop following the entry of futures trading was a no brainer play in hindsight. Now the biggest institutional on ramp ever is set to release, infrastructure is many times better than just 2 years ago, price has just consolidated off a local high for the past two months, and we are sitting in the prime investment period of the typical BTC 4 yr cycle. I believe there is far more reason for speculation to the upside for these new institutional investors.
