  5. It's not (just) that you are encouraging risky behavior, it's that you are encouraging others to violate the terms of service of those sites. While it may not be "illegal" for US persons to use leverage trading sites, explaining to people how to get around their limited geoblocking is just wrong.
    The only tuber I tend to give a pass to on the issue is sunnydecree as he's foreign, and the restrictions don't apply to him. Just because you don't make a significant amount of money from it doesn't make it right.
    Support necessary good regulation in the crypto space and governmental clarity so everyone can use these platforms, then it's a matter of choice and risk vs reward.

  9. It is utterly ridiculous to say leverage trading is immoral. It’s just another investment, and every investment is a gamble. People need to do their own homework and take their own risks. It’s ridiculous to say that youtubers promoting it are hurting the space.

  13. With Bybit, the guy at the end of the referral link not only gets a one time bonus (fair enough) but also a cut of fees collected every trade (sneaky). That doesnt sit well with me.
    In general, margin trading is dangerous for newbies as they are unlikely to know how to mitigate risk.
