  1. Hey Phil I know you are a value investor who loves to buy at all time lows! Can you please make a video discussing China and the opportunity and risks involved. This could be a buying opportunity of a lifetime and would love to hear what companies you like in china.

  2. How can we trust your advices if you are not able to check basic facts? Could you provide the source for the claim that generics are only 80% effective? The truth is that generics are required to be bioequivalent – what means that the 90% of confidence intervals for the ratios of the maximal concentration fall within 80% and 125%. For the confidence intervals to be within the 80% – 125% range the difference must be negligible.

  3. We do negotiate and do the payment plan but it’s still very expensive and out of control. I feel like the coverage and costs get worse every year. It’s getting to be very tough raising a family even with a great job.

  4. In Sweden where I live, healthcare is "free" – we never have to worry about the costs of medicine or surgery which is amazing. Watching videos like this makes me appreciate that so much more.

  5. American Healthcare worker here. He's some protips:
    – If your not immediately dying, take an Uber, not ambulance to the ER.
    – live a healthy lifestyle, don't buy into the "fat acceptance" fad. Diabetes and heart disease takes no prisoners, expessially your legs.
    – Get the most extensive insurance possible no matter how healthy you are, cancer can strike anyone.
    – Opiods are extremely addictive, use the sparingly and throw them away as soon as you no longer need them, look into cannibis based treatment where it's legal.

  6. Great video Phil! I want to add some, although it's a bit of a cliche. Go to the gym, don't eat crappy foods and get your sleep. These are pretty much unmatched for saving money on medical bills.

Or move to Sweden where it's "free" hehe.

  7. Some great ideas and I definitely think people don't negotiate enough when it comes to healthcare costs. One of the best ways is just spending a little more on your health before you get older. Join a health club and get a personal trainer to keep you on your fitness goals. Get regular checkups and spend on preventative healthcare. So much easier (and cheaper) to stay healthy.
