Ok how do you make check list of companies?
I have another Warren Buffet story for you. I work for a mortgage company in Detroit, MI and one of our building is the old Federal Reserve building. A while back Buffet came to visit and was getting a tour of an old safety deposit box vault that we converted into a conference room. While in there he was poking around in the old boxes and I kid you not he ended up finding a dollar in one of them. So there is a picture of him holding up the dollar with a huge grin on his face hanging in the office. It's a situation that could only happen to Warren Buffet himself and is one of the great stories at our company. haha
The Man chang my life. Thank you Mr.Phill Town.

STOP CHASING WOMEN .
If you pay off your credit. Card in full ea month your credit score will not rise
Unfortunately you need to leave a small balance to gain the maxim-ate score

Buying a Mac most likely was not necessary. Overall great video!
The hardest part about investing for me is those pesky living expenses that I can’t seem to get rid of such as the need to buy gas and food paying some electricity and some rent.
Here’s the thing for me credit cards would not be convenient it is more convenient and easy to use cash because if you use cash you don’t have to worry about paying it back later in fact using cash is easier than using a debit card because when I use cash I don’t have to math the register mathes for me.
The hardset is that our parents never tought us to save money rather to spend on things now i am learning to be more minimalist some how just buy what is in use i am starting to save even it is some how late but better than nothing
What is important is i am teaching my son what i am learning from theses vedeos so he does not make the same mistakes

i have a question reply me back plz
great video.
The problem with using a Credit Card is just by default you tend to spend more than you have to because you don't see the money leaving your hands. You cannot just change human behaviour just like that so better just to use cash.
Who on earth would spend 500 usd a month on restaurants? That's crazy.
I spend too much money on food. It's my weakness.
I drive a '98 Buick Regal with the paint falling off, I don' t think my impresses anyone.
Damn I got some bonehead neighbors lol
Think of saving money like getting a high score in a videogame. It made me so happy to see my savings account grow from 1k to almost 10k in 6 months
The hardest part about saving money is being poor, living in San Francisco where rent goes up to $2,000 dollars for a tiny studio, and having to pay off student loans. All my income goes to repaying debt. I literally have none left to save. You talked shit about saving one percent of income, but one percent is something. Hopefully when I finish paying my student debt I'll be able to save more than one percent.
