I think Cardano is in good hand and going to hit their mark .  Many Projects fail is the lack of products that the market needs. In reality more than 90% of crypto projects' founders have never thought about turning their idea into business. Projects without real products compete with each other trying to raise more money within shorter terms. Example , Vechain is the fact that the space they’re working in is pretty crowded in regards of competitors. Ambrosus, Waltonchain, Devery and Wabi are all working on various parts of Supply Chain infrastructure. It might seem that Vechain is ahead of the curve, but competition in this space will always be though. Although VeChain has some impressive partnerships. Adoption is crucial for long term growth, the success of their products is highly dependent on their ability to attract big customers but i fear it bit too late to compete with enterprise giants like IBM and SAP .IBM is also working with Unilever and Walmart to identify new areas where the global supply chain can benefit from blockchain. IBM is so dominant in the enterprise market that majority of companies say they would choose IBM to deploy the technology in their own business . They have pilot projects for dozens of companies but fail to reflected positively on the token price

Cardano and Charles are saying that like a tree that is planted by the father, the great grandchildren will enjoy the shade and the fruit. It’s going to grow bigger than you imagine it today.

I think people need to understand that IOHK is commissioned till the end of 2020 to get Cardano fully released. However, they will be running a stake pool and so have an incentive to stick around. For Cardano to be decentralised you can't have a company such as IOHK being so relevant and relied upon all the time. However, when governance and voting come in then ADA holders could vote for IOHK to develop certain additions to the Cardano system. IOHK and Emurgo have good incentive to keep working with Cardano. The Cardano foundation need to prove their worth right now.

Overall, if Cardanos Proof of Stake setup works to the high standard they've set themselves up for then this is a revolutionary platform.
