Active Stock Trading Time Zones & Hours
★ SUMMARY ★
ust so you can see when the market is open, and just some other things that go on and happen throughout the day within the markets.
What I’ve done over here is just write down the few notes throughout the trading day and trading session. Now these notes are not something to really really pay attention to specifically in the sense of “Hey, well because Sasha said this is going to happen at 10:00 to 10:30”, then that’s what’s going to happen.
All about Time Frames
These are just guidelines in terms of just general human behavior, human psychology and how the market works and operates. Typically the trading day, it starts right here from 9:30 and it goes all the way to the 4 o’ clock sessions.
So that’s our trading time frame in terms of regular market hours, now we do have some pre-market hours right here which are from 6:00 to 9:30 and that is you can do some trading and you can do some trading before the market even opens.

Hey bud thank you. Can you please tell me if the market trades in the weekend?
Which time zone is this video based on ?
I’ve noticed, when my position has been moving up all day, it usually drops down in the last 30 minutes of the market. Is this usually typical for a stock to do? Because it’s been uptrending and some people covering profits? Btw just want to thank you for all the videos. I love the way you break things down. Very simple and easy to follow for someone new to the market
I want to know the Time Zone you have mentioned. Which TZ did you metion? GMT or US or Asia or Middle East or like that.

thank man , this video was helpful , but i would like to know more about when i can place trades during market trading hours .
So if I were to sell my share of a company using an online broker will it sell at the price I sold it for? and how fast will it sell and who buys it? Example I sell it at 5.20 nobody buys it and the market says 4.80 10 mins later..
this was a very useful video. Especially the "do not trade first 30 minutes" of market open. I've been bitten by reversal many times. I even took a screenshot of this as a reminder. Keep up good work.
Could I get your opinion on the recent rise of GPL and KGC stocks ?
So true , Love the video keep it up man !!!!!!
Brother of Saudi Arabia admire Boutrouhatk
THANK YOU VERY MUCH SASHA. I LOVE TO FOLLOW YOU VIDEOS
Made my first profit in BCEI today, could've made it some a week ago, but I followed the cut your loss short rule. I did notice that around 1045 to 1100 the stock dips and I began buying in this dip, it seems to always tend to spike after 1pm.
I am guessing it is good to not always cut your loss quick, am I right? I lost a few in BCEI before I noticed this pattern, I am going to take advantage of this pattern tomorrow.
well out of all the black shirts, this one's my favorite.
Hey Sasha, had a question. I understand the basic concepts of short selling, but what would happen if a company that someone shorted went out of business? Do they make profit on shares that no longer exsist?
as European can I trade on s&p 50, nyse etc… or is it only for people within USA?
thanks
