Are we in bear market again?
Well, if you look at bitcoin from a weeks perspective its still in a correction however bitcoin has been stained from a lot of scams that it is becoming synonymous to it. Still we are at the early phase. A lot of good reason to stay positive since we're still partnering up with companies. So I'll say we're going up longterm. Now? Probably a rollercoaster.

Nah I don't believe we are going below anymore. At most 6.8k but if we look at charts we are just doing a small course correction. I say small because even if we fell 1.5k it's almost nothing considering it is Bitcoin, it's just more fearful because it's quite a lot for a regular guy. We tend to be stingy.
Aside from that, we are still above 21 to 100 EMA in daily and just brushing 21 above and below and EMAs have started crossing, Even the Volume has stabilized for the past month or so and starting to rise. As for the market itself , if we watch the MACD on weekly we just begun a green sign which we haven't seen since mid January, so like you say it's the end of the bear market.
On the other hand Altcoins are still going to bleed for a little while until we're done pushing BTC.
