In addition to my comment below based on TECHNICALS, I also learned today that LTC halving event will occur this August. This is about 9 months prior to BTC halving event. Based upon coin economics, this could be a FUNDAMENTAL reason why LTC may outperform BTC in 2019. https://www.litecoinblockhalf.com/
Not everything pumps equally at the same time. In the crypto space, many coins alternate pumping higher, especially on a relative strength basis. There is a time and a season for everything. Perhaps, this year LTC will be one of the seasonal favorites. But in reality, of course, I really don't know what the price action of LTC will be. These are soley my own personal observations, which I am sharing – not meant to be construed as advice.

For those who may be interested. Regarding the Weiss report view on LTC mentioned in your video: Historically over the last two years, LTC could today be viewed as undervalued, as judged SOLELY by its relative strength ratio to BTC during these two years (not commenting on fundamentals in any way). LTC/BTC currently is around 0.009. This two year range has been from 0.003 to 0.0245. For whatever reason, this ratio favoring LTC popped upwards today about 10%. Hmmm. Perhaps the Weiss Report will turn out to be a good CNBC-like contrarian indicator? So far, this is only a short term move, but we'll see if the move has legs to run higher. I still view LTC as relatively undervalued (lower risk) on a technical basis. I am not making any statement, in this comment, about a fundamental basis, except for the natural propensity of humans to diversify risk.
