  12. Fully agree, community-driven value exchange networks with self-governance is the best way forward. People know better what is good for a community instead of a central power. Of course, we need a bit of both, but at least we need to reduce the central power, and let people start organising themselves.

  16. In general this is just speculation, but, for us to see more awareness and adoption of crypto in our more western countries, eg, Canada, OZ, New Zealand, UK etc. our economy has to totally crash to zero. almost for people to finally open their eyes to new ideas. Sometimes the truth hurts.

  31. My kids talk about buying louie vitton crap all the time, why? Main stream social media. They are 23 and 21. They even say things like " one hundred thousand isn't that much for a new car if you can pay over 9 years". I dont understand why people think ita cool to spend way more money than required for products of any kind just to impress someone else.

  32. DTCC holds all stocks and bonds in vaults….but trouble is they sell same stocks and bonds over and over again! This happens all the time. Hundreds of millions of stocks and bond fail to deliver! During a hurricane that hit New York City a few years ago, they left the doors to the vault opened and the vaults flooded! Then there was a fire in the vaults destroying more stock and bond certificates! It takes an act of congress today to take delivery of your stock or bond certificates! The DTCC is nothing but a big Ponzi scheme!

  34. The major reason for this downward and stagnant trend is due to the fact that we are approaching a major bull run. Look at the events of 2017, and what is happening now, you will notice that there is absolutely no difference from them. As a wise investor who wishes to hold more bitcoin before the bull run, you don't need to wait before then to start accumulating; instead you start now.   44. There was a bit of a cross over there, Lark. One minute Bear is lauding the folk in Bali being seriously satisfied with their lives – their simple, organic, barter, subsistence and unbanked lives – and then, Lark, you bemoan the lost Einsteins within their midst.
    The only reason the 4 billion un-banked will ever want to participate in the (rotten) banked world, is if the Banksters – or even Bitcoiners – lie to them about the (not) joys of joining the cesspool that is our lives ….. n’est pas.
