The Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Steven Seagal for unlawfully participating in an initial coin offering (ICO). The popular Hollywood actor has ultimately agreed to pay over $350,000 for violating the anti-touting law. Unlike JPMorgan, Visa is not directly venturing into the crypto space.
