Great stuff on traditional markets. I've been paying close attention to the housing market the last several months and it just blows my mind that people act like everything is fine. This whole situation blows is bizarre bc I live in the Bay area and the homes in my neighborhood have hit astronomical prices yet nobody bats and eye. At a recent get together I overheard people claiming that 700-800k for a condo in a shitty neighborhood was a good deal… I honestly hope that banks aren't doing the same/similar thing they did during the last financial crisis.

I would not call the Bianance Dex a Dex as their are only eleven nodes in the Dex and Binance owns all the nodes. As this" dex" is controlled by Binance as they control all the nodes this is far from being decentralized and this allows them to freeze funds and censor network. This is more like a centralized exchange disguised as a Dex.
Would love to know about modern monetary theory.
I am hearing Rumbles that the Local OTC (By Country) are showing signs that the exchange prices we see are not nearly as high as they should be. The OTC numbers I looked at in each country in South America indicate this. Any thoughts?

You should try splitting your hr long videos into separate videos for each topic discussion, you get more views per video and we get saved from flipping through parts we don’t care for and to be honest man your way to monotone and boring for hour plus videos anyways no offense you should know this by now
