  1. Their going to charge to hold people’s crypto? That makes no sense, it’s free for me to hold my crypto & there are platforms that are offering interest to hold peoples crypto. Ugh companies like this aren’t needed in the space. Seems counterproductive imo.

  2. Mass adoption with new technologies is a matter of generational preferences. New generations are leaning towards more decentralized aspects and money will follow suit. That being said, we do need some form of governance. I wrote about it in my article on medium. Search it up on google. It's called "$BNT Unhackable?"

  3. Just found your channel. I loveeee Thailand. I'm from New Zealand but live in Seoul Korea. Have been to Thailand 6 times. Planning to go again next year with my girlfriend/fiancee. She's korean and has never been. Hopefully there will be a bull run before that hahaha

  4. I think it can be a mix of both, decentralisation where users hold their own keys with slight centralised elements like the security measures like Bancor , Augur & Omisego has in place with there token freeze function incase funds are stolen. Governance will also be important too.

  5. Interesting video! Thanks!

There is an interesting video with Trace Mayer and Caitlin Long discussing 'Bitcoin financialisation' – Possible banking attempts to rehypothecate or 'fractional reserve bank' Bitcoin!

  6. Without watching, you bet your ass it does.. we live in a corporate dominated society. Since when have suits or politicians entertained the youths ideas? Never: one should seriously consider that this market is very, very meant to serve a central entity. It is highly manipulated. Highly illusive. Highly vilified.
Any rational human being that is involved in the market is either a liar or completely stupid if they la the claim that they are not interested in the money and they are in this for the principle….. suuuuuurre.
Never has it been more apparent how millions of people have shown their vulnerability to their own irrational sense of reality. Put on any various YouTube commentator and read the comments. It is embarrassing. The amount of infighting and lack of support that you see is disgusting and a complete turn off to this market: EOS sucks, btc is god, ada is amazing and you suck…. etc etc etc. I would venture to guess that about 99.9 percent of the commentators have no idea what the differences are. Barely any respect or props are given to the legit developers . people have favorite coins?? Why? How? Explain… oh it’s your favorite because you can’t even carry the bags you have of them up a flight of stairs… give me a break.
It is now clear that capitulation is imminent. But if that is the case, why do you even need the currency at all? If the gods at the SEC Grant the lowly peasants whatever the eff it is everyone is waiting on, than what is it’s value anyway? Kinda rips the floor out from underneath the entire crypto philosophy does it not? Also consider this….. Do you actually think any regulatory body is going to give any obscure current legitimacy without having complete dominance over it? Hellllllllll no. But they do have a plan for that in case no one has notice while hoping that this favorite coin will pull a bitcoin pizza boom….
Who regulates the exchanges? Like sayyyyy the ones in China, Korea, India, and various other locations outside of the jurisdiction of any us regulatory body? Who exactly runs them? …….. bots.
Remember bots will win on both sides of every single trading transaction…..period. Why do you think BTC dominance is at almos 50% ? How many transactions/per second does an industrial level bot make per second at .00000001 Satoshi at a time 24/7 365 days per week? Do you think an aftermarket bot or a human day trader can compete? Do you think that the bots that are backed by a corporation and highly selected team of developers got paid to make bots that lose? ….. what is the point here….
Crypto currency is no going to see mainstream adoption because it being accumulated by a central entity. I think it’s China, however it could be elsewhere. The idea of this market being is decentralized and a path to some kind of financial utopia is becoming less realistic. No government on the face of this earth will allow this… okay mayamar….. wow… cool…. I
Must have missed how major of a role they have on world trade economics and their military size and dominance.
If you want to be punk there is only one real way to use this market ….. and that is to exploit it yourself by taking a reality pill and participating in what this is actually all about….. it’s about fucking making money.
Learn how to trade it actively and beat the bots that are bleeding you of your money. I you are holding this you are stupid. You will lose. I know I know, it will be 1 milllin dollars one day….. but hey in the meantime continue to that job, continue to that subway ride. while bots are bleeding you of your hodl coins you can continue to slave. where you could have invested in an asset class that actually gave you money you can use, like , right now, you squandered your savings because of a fantasy and strait up laziness. Good on you if your ass got lucky and got in at 005 cents congratulations you are a lottery winner: if you think your favorite coin is going to be the next bitcoin like the story’s of old, you have lost your rational mind and will be disappointed:
Here is what your government will allow you to have at the permission of the banks who control the worlds curency.
You will get a centralized coin… call it whatever the fuck you want…. oh wait they will tell you what it’s called. It will be tied directly into a centralized tracking and control system: you will be issued a card or something…. that is digital. The trained marketers are going to sell it like it’s the new hip thing. There will be ads In Walmart and McDonald to be the first corporate entities to spread its use…. you know the corporations we all so much hate….. and in the end you are going to either convince yourself it was a victory or come to the realization that this was at least a cool idea at first . Mainstream adoption is probably the worst possible thing that will happen to what was originally a genius idea: if you support mainstream adoption it is mos likely because yo are greedy and truly don’t understand nor care about any of the principles of crypto currency. You want to make Money from crypto well start playing by the real rules of the game and get the blinders off.

    All like; my opinion man

  7. I Don't tell women they look better WITHOUT make up very often, in fact it's very rare.. but you definitely do

With that aside, thanks so much for keeping your subscribers informed. Much appreciated, enjoy your perpetual vacation!

  8. And you know M$ is going to build in their "fee" on this network they are proposing, so you can have the pleasure of paying Starbucks in Bitcoin, sure, but you will also pay M$ a cut. Guaranteed. To me, this isn't a good thing because it will likely end up being more a more expensive way to pay because of that fee, too (not to mention it isn't an open source solution). The importance of decentralization goes out the window a little when a centralized payment processor takes advantage of that fact and takes fees from it. Great channel, though Heidi, and thanks!

  9. Heidi, you are very nice and intelligent woman. Yet you bet on a bad horse (very bad). Bitcoin cannot be possibly any payment system bacause it's backed by nothing and has zero intrinsic value. It's also to volatile to be a store of value. This mania is going to end soon, and people will lose intrest in cryptos. Your viewership will take a huge blow. You would make great videos about gold and silver. Think it over!

  10. Mass, key word, not everybody understands or can manage life let alone finances. Hence historical centralization of money, sadly I'm of the opinion that decentralization will fail mass adoption… which sucks but it's the elephant in the room though masses will go willingly to the path of least resistance. Centralized

  11. The building blocks are getting laid out for main street and even if they don’t understand the philosophy, build it and they will come lol.

    Good Info ??

Sure looks beautiful there.. the background is the Bahamas or Fiji I’m guessing.

    ???

  12. I think the big players will start off with centralized systems. It will be up to us and the rest of the users to take our business away from such big players and support those companies that make use of decentralization and other practices we want to see more of. The good news is that it will become increasingly difficult for the big players to stop the competition with their usual methods.

  13. Heidi great content as always!! You really are a naturally beautiful person both on the inside and outside so you don’t need make over your skin to hide that beauty! Keep all the great content coming thanks!!???????

  14. Initial excitation from centralization maaay be needed. BUT, that leaves a lil fingerhold that could turn into a foothold and more if that is allowed be the actual community. Remember, these people want to preserve the status quo. Decentralize. Salute

  15. Holy crap you are so pretty. Kinda sad that 1/2 the reason I started watching your vids is your beauty, but it's your content that has kept me here. Still you have a really nice natural beauty. Not trying to be a weirdo or anything. Just admiring.
