  6. This SEC is truly the joke of the world, they can clearly see the market being played with, who is doing that? BANKS and WHALES, the SEC support Banks, they must do because all they get is a tiny fine for causing fraud daily, they wont approve an ETF anytime soon, because it will upset their friends in the big banks, and the 1% rich, then they say we cannot approve an ETF because the market manipulation, but its their friends doing it, they are playing us like the dumb idiots they think we are, we are not dumb we can see it a mile away.

  8. Thank you for this video and content, I've never heard about the Red Flag Act. This is fantastic information. It's funny that back then, it was extremely normal for 3 people to operate a car, now to us in this day and age it's unthinkable.

    I'm pretty sure it will be funny to future generations that banks used to be the only custodians of our money, (well, at least that's what I'm hoping for), and in future everyone has wallets (both cold and hot wallets), no more bank accounts.

  10. I agree about permissionless and yet so many projects are starting to use permissioned approaches which essentially takes away the security and immutability ? because the central control could essentially change a record if necessary (hard but can be done)

  16. The internet that you are talking to us over was invented by the US government It was originally known as the Arpanet. I’m all for innovation and agree with you 100% about Tesla but regarding de-regulation, be careful what you wish for. You fly around on a lot of jets, you depend on air traffic control and a huge amount of regulations on the maintenance of planes for your safety. The bottom line is if blockchain is going to replace the world’s financial system, it needs to be safe for everyone including senior citizens would have their savings for retirement stored in it. We can and should still have unregulated blockchains where people are free to innovate but with all the crypto heists we have now it would be a disaster for seniors and other vulnerable people.

  19. Musk commented "fraud". He manipulated the market in Tesla share pricing for a period. He wanted to burn the "shorts" & did so for a short period. He knew what he was doing. OK he may only himself be "snigged" but without control on actions like Musk committed – a wild west show would take place every day in equities. Just like what happens in Crypto almost daily. Regulation can be seen as – not the power that they have , it's the fear & the power they take away. Human nature without rules = who shouts the loudest wins & or of course much worse.
