Ep 113: Your Positions in Bullish Market Conditions

★ SUMMARY ★
When you are in a bullish market, everything seems to go your way if you have long positions. This may make trading a lot easier but this is the right time to be little more cautious.

If you are new to trading and you only experienced bullish markets that are stretched and overextended then this may give you a false sense of hope or level of experience as you are making consistent income and have yet to have a difficult month.

In this episode I share with you how to be a little more calm and cautious especially at the beginning in bullish conditions. When it comes to stock trading a false sense of experience is a bad sign because need to have things that go against you and you are overextended you don’t know what to do and you get hurt badly.

Here we will cover some risks, things to watch out for, how you can hedge for moves against you, just your own personal mentality in psychology when it comes to trading in the stock market if you are new.

  1. What would be a policy that you would be happy with If you had the chance to nominate the current president with? The amazon go will not just replace workers all together at once. If the labor force numbers including home sales and home ownership is at a multi decade low with an increase of government intervention such as welfare or coupons that have double in the last decade. What would you as a person bring to the table to get money velocity and labor force including low health care costs or college debt that i am being crashed with; good level and not see what is happening now. If solutions can't be brought to a table I believe opinions never get anywhere. I am not a partisan person but I would like to know your thoughts on how we can solve such devastating problems if a particular candidate, which you never liked wants to test new waters and thank you for your work.

  2. Hey Sasha, as always I loved your video. I have a suggestion for a future video: the making of a system and strategies for trading and how to apply them on different market trends

  3. Hi, any suggestions about next week after rate hike. Any specific sectors you think will be most affected by rate hike ?
Or any sector you think will benefit.. I particularly buy utilities but not sure how they will be affected

  4. I shorted WFC and DIS the same day after waiting a week for the right conditions. 3 hrs later I got an alert that my stops were hit. 3 hrs! They been skyrocketing ever since and I know if I jump on that train it will derail. But I feel like I'm missing out.

  5. Good video Sasha. Quick question, do you have any other video where you talk about when/how to enter a pullback?
You mentioned that if we've missed the move we should take it easy and wait for a pullback, but if the pullback comes, what is the best way to enter it? (when I've tried in the past, the pullback has become a reversal due to the choppy market and I've ended up losing money as well…)
