Losses in the stock market will in a few intriguing long enough and there are some mental stages that we go through during a loss.
Every person experiences loss in a different way and understanding the internal process of loss functions will be important to get over the hurdle in moving forward.
One of the first stages that we go through is emotional pain.
The next stage will be the changes in your life, rhythm, routine, thought process etc.
In stage number three you will skew your identity and reconstruct trading in a different way. This might be that you think of trading is more negative or you jump into another style of trading or type of investments.
The final stage will be adjusting your belief and then moving forward through the grief process.
This video will cover a handful of ways to deal with these losses to minimize the emotional conflicts that happen inside of you. Most importantly you should always have a trading plan for your portfolio and for every single trade and journaling your traits can help you do that.

My parents are at the "Boring" dot. I am at the "Anxiety" dot, but here's the most interesting thing that happened: I initially lost about $5000 in my investments, almost about to sell off my losses, but I held on and they actually did recovered!
