A key element is "money" is it's usability. BTC cost too much to use as money, hence it's current branding as a "store of value".
Bitcoin being the one and only is as likley as only one company surviving the dotcom bubble..
It seems to me eth is under priced.
Ethereum is not money – it's currency. Money and currency are not the same thing. This is Econ 101.
I remember seeing a video of Antonpoloulos saying that he had a conversation with Vitalik about just using BTC to develop the features he was looking at implementing on ETH. This was in the early days before ETH was available. Vitalik replied saying that ETH would be just different enough from BTC that they would both occupy their own respective niches. It was a video on power distribution dynamics. Hopefully they will coexist and perform well next to each other.
your first part of title seems to compare the two blockchain networks(bitcoin vs etherum), but the 2nd part says "better money"(crypto currencies ) , I'm kinda confused

Although I haven't thrown any capital into Defi(yet), I'm thrilled to see it growing and thriving under Ethereum. Yes, ETH isn't perfect, but it seems it really has found its niche in Defi. ETH and BTC to the moon!

To paraphrase Andreas Antonopoulos; Bitcoin is the new Bitcoin. We both seem good with that. Ethereum is the unicorn of crypto… Just ask Vitalik. BTW today I wore my Ethereum unicorn t-shirt. Not nearly as fancy as most of your attire but I'm working on it.
Honestly once Eth goes to POS it will gain more momentum but at the same time it will lose unstoppable and permissionless aspects. More and more ETH will be mined and locked in just like current fiat system. Close $7 trillion is locked in offshore accounts with no true usage. ETH will end up creating scarcity by locked up contracts and interest rate will start to move towards 0 or even negative eventually. This is where depression and inflation play a great role. Let us see where we head as an industry.
