On Monday, the Federal Reserve held a webinar to discuss their plans for the FedNow payment settlement system, which revealed major implications for XRP. Connie Theien of the Fed discussed whether or not FedNow would implement a digital currency such as XRP to settle transactions. The answer was not great for Ripple fans or cryptocurrency fans. They do not have plans to use crypto at this time.
