It’s sketchy because China has influence. Binance does the same thing when it comes to its locations. It’s just to get around gov. regulation. Just like what Binance is doing with the US gov. I do wish that KuCoin was a bit transparent with the community.

Thank you for alerting me to this. I have money on that exchange. I wanted to warn listeners to a real scam called receive-ether. com. They are posing as a promotion for Binance and Bittrex if you send some Ethereum to the address they provided then you will receive double the amount of Ethereum. Its a lie, a hoax a major scam and I fell for it and am out 0.5 Ethereum. If anyone would like to see an actual website that isn't for real go to receive-ether.com. Notice there is no http and no way to contact support. Losing money is not what I got into this for. I wish I could go back to before I hit send. Costly mistake.
