I wanted to take an opportunity to go over some of the investments I’ve made over that last few years. In this video we cover Chipotle, one of my favorite places to grab a burrito! How much did I buy for and where did I sell it off at? http://bit.ly/2SvN1VX

  1. Hey, I've got a question. So you mentioned how you had determined a margin of safety for Chipotle when their share price went down to $250/share from $760/share. At that time their EPS was $6 give or take while their EPS before profits declined following the E-coli outbreak was $15. Now their share price is back up to around $750/share yet their EPS is around $7, with a P/E of over 100, which is ridiculous especially since chipotle has such strict health guidelines which makes expansion difficult. It is clear that what has been driving Chipotle's stock price up is rich valuations instead of fundamentals. Not to say that $250/share wasn't a bargain, or that Chipotle is incapable of fixing its problems, but so far they're still struggling to meet the margins they once could achieve. How much of this win was driven by pure fundamentals vs. high valuations? And if it was because of valuations how reliable is this as a method of long term investing?

  2. When you say to invest in a good company stock that is on sale now due to some problems that will take between 1 and 3 years to fix…
    1. How do you know how long the problems will take to fix? And
    2. This sounds exacly like GE right now but people say that's not a good investment. It seems GE will be turned around and making a profit within 3 years right? I'm confused

  3. Hi, in 2018 I bought 92 shares in a Uk (where I am from and live) television broadcasting company, then about 2 weeks later all the reports of this being the right time to buy the company started showing up as it was going through a hard time but was being turned around. I am a media graduate and do media as a hobby, but I knew the television and company quite well even outside investment study and practice. It was on mega sale. Also did the same for a pet corporation which was on mega sale and having pets and an uncle who has a business in pet and wildlife, I was pretty clued in and prepared when my uncle mentioned in passing last summer about this pet corporation looking like a good investment.

  5. Have there been any videos regarding Rule Number One's best practices for exiting a stock? How do we calculate a target exit number or identify when a stock has become too overvalued? Thanks – Josh

  6. I thought about buying Chipotle when the stock IPO'd but got scared off when I learned McDonad's owns them. McDonald's isn't exactly synonymous with quality food.

  7. As an investor, i’d say the bitcoin is actually my most profitable financial asset but i have had my very bad bitcoin moments especially during the peak of the bearish market experienced last year. I have been hodling bitcoins since 2014 and it was so fulfilling watching it ride with the bulls but then i lose almost all of it last year. Watching a video on YT got me interested in trading bitcoin but then i lost some more money trying to trade on my own. Thanks to a particular forum online, i got to read about some very successful trader and notable among them was Mark Hall. After contacting him and having a very informative but simple discussion with him, i got to understand all the reasons i had failed by hodling and what i did wrong as a trader. After using his signals and trade strategies for just a few months, i covered my losses of a whole year and made additional significant profit. He is just the best and you can reach him on markhall279@gmailcom for any questions or inquiries you may have in order to be a more profitable trader.

  8. Thank you very much for your video!!  Before investing to the company ; Understanding the business,  check the company wheather It has durable  competive advantage or not, the company has a good management team!! Thanks & have a great weekend!!

  9. The obvious 2 for me this year are Apple and Facebook. Looking at users for FB they didn’t leave after all those privacy “scandals” and their earnings didn’t go down after EU regulation. This stock could easily go to over 200 again relatively soon if sentiment and PR changes. I really hope it goes down again though so I can buy more again in the 140-150s. The competitive moat is the user base and a free addictive product so I see them growing earnings in the long term by at least 15-20 percent. Management has created a corporate structure that is data driven not personality driven which I think makes it innovative faster in a conservative calculated way which is key for long term success so I pray for negative press!
