BS plain and simple
This guy is an idiot , $4800 a year for 40 years wouldn’t get you $3 million with let’s say 10% rate of return, he is a shister trying to get ur money , really wouldn’t mind punching this guy
Where's the math behind this?
If jc penny is really cheap now, should people buy? Is this considered sale price? Or should they not buy because it might go out of business?
$3 million , yeah right…
So $400 a month on 28% return for 20 years will be enough.
So instead of having a second and third job, you should spend your spare time becoming an experienced investor. I still believe this is very much luck-oriented as on average investments bring 7% return when you calculate in the loss during recessions and wars… Bless the ordinary people who believe that government is going take care of them.
