7. Some of my biggest mistakes include:
   
   – trading (from rags to riches and back)
   
   – being obsessed and addicted to crypto "investing"/gambling (I would stare blankly at those charts move as if it was the best movie in the world)
   – invested in a vaporware ICO (98.5% down and will probably never recover)
   
   – invested for a friend (lost his money and ruined a friendship)
   – being a loud mouth about my sick gains (and now everybody knows about my sick losses)
   – sacrificing time with friends or holidays to invest more in crypto (if it doesn´t pay off, this will probably be my biggest mistake)

8. In my opinion you should own at least 50% in the top 3 coins. Yes, that includes XRP as well.

11. Hey Lark I made a lot of the mistakes you did in 2017 lol and stayed away for a couple of years. I recently opened my accounts early this year and lost a lot on some exchanges being closed and of course just like ICON which I had a lot of as well just to see it go all the way down. I sold all and consolidated everything to BTC and ETH and trying to do things right or better this time around. Stacking on Ethereum and BTC and a few others that have staking benefits. I refuse to give in to the Crypto seducer. I am also not holding massive quantities in certain alts like in the past. I am paying attention as well to projects that have been around and that have actually laid out some ground work and continuing to build. Today I hold BTC, ETH, XTZ, LINK as my main holds and keeping trades with in those cryptos. I also have some ADA for my HODL wildcard. To the Moon and hopefully a Lambo in my future this time around lol. By the way I used to watch your channel back in the 2017 Crypto madness when scams and ICOs ruled the space. I am glad you are still around and I always look forward to your content. I guess a lot of us made those mistakes in 2017 and it is good to hear your experience during that time I wish I can slap my last self as well.✌️out Lark!

    Waiting for 100k and not selling in increments from 12k onwards.

16. Here's a simple one, don't transfer small bits of crypto to your wallet because you want to test to see if everything's working ok… Waste of gas. I've never once not had a transaction go through, maybe had to call customer service a time or two but it's always gone through, remember you can follow the confirmations on the chain now too. Atomic is great for that. Don't waste money on gas crypto brothers and sisters.

23. I have a friend who bought 3 bitcoins back when they were $300.

    He tried to tell me to buy. I didn't see the value in it. I never paid attention to it until about a month ago. For some reason, I became fascinated with it and have since devoured any information, for or against crypto.
    I bought $1 when it was hovering around $10k and just like that, I was officially in the game.

    I currently own .033 btc. My goal is to own .25 before the end of the year.
    I pay attention to the ups and downs and I've been able to judge it well enough to buy when it's lowest.

40. another important one that you probably won't mention, but i say you're mostly exempt from it, is listening to youtube and twitter personalities shill their bags. sure, get tips here and there, but don't be easily influenced. a healthy level of suspicion is good.

    my biggest mistakes were with suppoman and ian balina. suppoman constantly pushing ethos. ian with icon just before the dump and hiding his connections with them. i didn't fall for datadash and substratum, but i would hang on his every word for TA and other things.

    watch youtube videos for fun and news, but no one is actually really good at this. it's hard and complicated. stack sats and chill.
