Who is Dr. Feng Cao?

Dr. Feng Cao is the Co-Founder, Vice Chairman and Chief Scientist of FinChain, Shenzhen Blockchain Financial Service Co. Ltd. He is the inventor of the 1st International Blockchain patent in China, the Co-Founder of ChinaLedger, the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of Blockchain Application Committee in China Federation of Logistic and Purchasing (The 1st Gov Association in Industry), Senior Fellow of the China Blockchain Research Alliance. Dr. Feng Cao and his team successfully accomplished the 1st blockchain-based assets earning rights transfer in the world in September 2016, which is also the 1st Financial Blockchain Transaction in China.

He was the manager of Big Data Analytics department, the Chief Scientist of Internet Finance and the co-chair of the patent review board in IBM Research-China. Dr Feng Cao’s innovative achievements have been successfully adopted in China, US and other 150 countries. He achieved IBM Global Technical Achievement Awards 3 times. He published 22 papers in ACM/IEEE top conference and 30+ international patents.

  1. scam project: no github, toxic admins telegram (they ban you even if you ask why no github??) , the team is only one person CAO (imo a big scammer) torque capital mafia with admin BEVIN, and many others banning you without reason. Fake profiles writing good reviews about the projetc in reddit, telegram , asking false questions to CAO in the AMA….ETC ETC ETC…BE CAREFUL AND DO YOUR research properly as I did during the last 3 months. SCAM 100%
    Its not only me, i have many friends all over the world thinking the same. Repeat BE CAREFUL and check everything.

  20. Sooooooo many blockchain projects, this is getting very hard to know which ones will stand the test of time. Where do you see things going Brad in in the next 5 to 10 years in regards to there being too many "great" project? What is the cream that will rise to the top?
