  1. Another reminder why market timing is dangerous. Yes value investing is important but don't try to time the market… This was back in 2015 and the stock market went up for another 40% for another 3 years…

  2. Hi Phil. Thank you for posting this lecture. I find that video very timely given the fact that we are approaching a decline in the market. Will you be going ton TV again or will you communicate to you Rule # 1 family when to get out of the market. I have been trying to watch the GDP vs. Wilshire as an indicator.

  3. Thanks so much for the videos you do, and your books. Learning a lot and having fun with it all. I was wondering if all your numbers/calculations are correct in your "payback" book. I'm having trouble following Susan's calculations on earnings and payback with CMG. Appreciate your time. 🙂

  4. I'm a little nervous right now because I bought a company that was on sale, but now the whole market is dragging it down. I'm down about 10%. I don't have that much cash, so I'm only holding one company right now and a couple options. Should I be worried if my company get evens cheaper? Should I sell it and try to buy it back cheaper? Or should I just add onto my position? As far as I can tell, the value of the company remains the same, but everyone else doesn't care!

Thanks Phil. I went to your workshop in Georgia. I had a great time. God bless 😀
