Do you have any other RED FLAGS you watch out for in Quarterly Earnings? If you're struggling with determining smart investments, here is a FREE guide to calculate the numbers that matter most in your investments >> http://bit.ly/2JfvbYc
i ignored them to be honest , but after watching this i think im going to start , theres nothing to lose !
“Google it” nice example of moat
Yes Phil, in fact i subscribe in you tube called alphastreet….it’s basically companies earning calls check it out
Very good video Phil! You just made our life easier with this video! Keeping doing this kind of video about analysing companies.
I would like more videos like this. Focusing on how to evaluate a company.
I ignore. I'm lazy… (Pareto Principle)
I just look at finviz numbers… and read stocktwits.
This is extremely accurate and especially during the volatile markets we are seeing for the past year or so. Many companies are falling even though they are releasing positive quarterly earnings results. The reason is, that most companies indicate that they will experience a slowdown in the following months and therefore the short-term reaction is negative. In my opinion those dips and a better buying opportunity.
Phil, man! I've never seen you so sunburned. Man, your tanning reminds me of a fried shrimp. Wherever you went, it must have been fun. Thanks for the videos.
Boring bonehead questions are not cool, thanks for the vid
I was an Investor Relations pro at a Financial Services firm in NYC in the early 2000s. These calls and analyst questions are vital. If you have access to the sell side notes before the quiet period of the quarter plus read the 10k and 10q you should have a lot of information prior to the call. Every call gives us a hint as to where the Management of the company wants to take the company towards. These calls are invaluable.
I listen to some of the company earning calls and also look over their read ahead about the call that some companies release.
I dont listen to them, I get all the information I need from yahoo finance
Another great video, ive never listened to one before but I will now, learning so much from your video's, thanks!
Sometimes what the guys are saying in the quarterly call doesn't match the numbers yet still, people keep buying it! I don't get it then… Like they guide lower for the next quarter but they talk very positively… if they are so positive why the next quarter is lower than expected…
i listen to the quarterly calls for the firms i am watching as well as those i am already investing in
Great video! ??We just did an analysis of Boeing with everything going on lately. It helps to really did into a company before letting sensational news or events push you to take an action
First! Thank you Phil!! Hope your knee is feeling better! Loved the workshop this past weekend!
