30. Doesnt anyone, whether it be you or any sector of the US gov't, that the terms "blockchain" & "bank" dont go together? A govt regulated "blockchain structure" (or whatever they're thinking about) will never work for both sides. A bank/govt backed blockchain, will NOT be an open blockchain. If it's not open, then there is no use whatsoever for a blockchain in the first place. Banks & the gov't are not on our side! No matter what they say or do, ultimately all they want is control. Thats the only way they know of to think.. There's no changing that.

32. I really appreciate your hard work and research on this topic, however I sense that you are too young (no offense, hear me out) to understand what is really going on here. First of all, every government move toward "creating or supporting" a crypto currency, as well as every congressional hearing on learning more about the crypto market place is all about a "hunt for taxes". Governments are not being magnanimous in this effort nor are they "looking out for consumers", they are blatantly looking for a way to "look into" and tax this vast un-banked market. In other words, control!
    Secondly, please recall, that humans have been conducting un-banked, private, anonymous transactions among themselves for thousands of years and governments have been endlessly looking for a way to tax this activity. Crypto and the blockchain was created in an effort to remain "independent of government" i. e. for anonymity purposes, period! And the more the government looks into it, the less anonymous it will become. Trust me, this increasing government interest in crypto currency is about taxation/control and no other reason. Being anonymous is a good thing!
    Let me give you an example, F***b**k keeps every bit of information you put on your page and sells it and/or gives it the government, what makes you think that the new crypto they are pushing, Libra, won't end up serving the same purpose, in addition to tracking your opinions, they can now track your financial activities? Great, sign me up…not!
