  1. I appreciate your political take on Ripple, and idealistically agree, but realistically I think the actual real world destination with all this is that we will have a wallet on our phones that we will use like Apple & Android Pay and it won't matter at all which coins are in it. So as you have also made the point of the day to day spending being essential to "crypto" going mainstream, in this interim wild-west turkey shoot anarchy phase that we'll clearly still be going through for some time yet, don't you think Ripple is actually a very useful stable currency to help us get through? It really won't matter in the long run, it's enterprise oriented and all the traders and true believers will be into other things, but between now and then, we desperately need something stable, and it seems to me the most reliable way to make that happen is centralisation. A necessary evil?

  2. i alone have like 12 addresses, and get a new one every time something moves, and not even by choice
and i only just started in BTC for a month.
counting addresses as a way to measure users, is straight up retarded.

  3. I appreciate your conversational style and lack of antics. Wish I'd found you sooner. But, hey, you'll be here a while (I assume) so I'll be able make up for lost time…

  4. One thing I wanna to ask, if you make know or suggest a way to purchase IOTA (MIOTA) coins? I am a resident of US / NY and it seems that all exchanges trading IOTA forbid purchasing and exchange for NY residents. Not sure why it is??? So if you have any info, please, please advice or better yet, create another dedicated video. Thanks in advance! Peace, Love and prosperity!

  5. I agree with your sentiments on your for ripple not being decentralized. Having said that, Ripple is one of the few companies 'walking their talk'. To often I've read so many commentaries by supposedly 'decentralized coins' planning to help the the un-banked, the poor and third world economies blah blah blah.

The ripple protocol has single handedly (all-be-it indirectly) forced all those rip-off merchants like traditional money remittance companies to drastically lower their fees. I have Filipinos working for me, so I've seen the transfer fees drop drastically over the last 12-18 months.

I put that down to ripple. I saw the very same thing happen when Skype hit the internet. Telcos around the world dropped their international calls drastically to the benefit of all.

So I'm not going to knock Ripple just yet.
