I guess the bank can make it a company policy that whey don't want employees to own bitcoin but the only way it can be legally enforced is if the employee agrees to it via a renewed contract, unless of course the original employee contract has a clause that allows them to change the terms of the contract without notice to the employee… Still such an overreach to dictate what people can own in there private lives.
Fuck the employer, boss, entity or government or anyone else who wants to tell me what I can or can not have, FUCKEM ???

What happens when bitcoin moons and rich employees are found out? Will the court uphold the bank litigating the money be shared because an agreement was willfully breached?
