I don't think 100B "re-entered" the market, I think the value of all the crypto that never moves is affected by the few that are moving. All it takes is people buying up all the LIQUID crypto (actually for sale on the market) to push the price way up or down. This causes to total market cap to expand or contract wildly. Psychotic HODLers who will never sell no matter what drive the price up like mad. Just look at TSLA. Psychotic Hodlers there too, but they pale in comparison to BTC.
