There are many other smart contract platforms which are faster, but Ethereum will be the choosen one amongst companies!

Right so Ethereum is going to be continue gaining traction when other protocols are racing ahead with tps and eating into Ethereums dapps lead , with Devs also jumping ship for other languages , Solidity is not the most sophisticated language

ETH has all the development tools that other competitors don't have. It is a pain in the a$$ when you don't have proper libraries when developing a software project. Even in the short term, developers will choose ETH platform if the speed is not super critical. For example, Python is the most popular language out there, you can find any library for your needs even though it is 50 times slower than Java.
