If you’re looking for a way to journal your stock trades, today I want to share with you a little tool that you can use to do it. It’s a tool that I’ve been experimenting with lately. And the best of all, it’s absolutely free.
The tool is called Air table, and you can use it for a lot of different things. It offers a lot of templates with which you can set up things like a launch calendar for products, do conference planning, an art gallery, a project tracker, and more.
One of my favorite things about Air table is that you can create different views with it, allowing you to split these different views into different segments.
I’m going to show you exactly how to use air table to set up a base where you can journal your stock trading. I’ll show you how to create records, do automatic calculations, organize your data in a nice way, I’ll show you how to group and filter things, and much more.
One of the downsides of Air table is that for cellphones and smaller devices in general, the application is not completely developed yet, it’s still being expanded, however, it works perfectly fine if you want to use it in a computer.
With Air table things can get as simple or as complicated as you want to make them. There are a lot of things that you can track, sort, organize, group or filter. You can even use it to journal your option trading, so the possibilities are limitless. You just need to jump into it, start playing with it, and use it according to your needs.

You could have a formula for the Made Money / Lost Money part. Just check for < 0 PL 🙂
Спасибо огромное. Очень продуктивная по-моему мнению инструкция. Hello from Russia ??;)
Do you kindly mind sharing a copy of your base or the formula for your P&L – I'm working through creating a journal for myself and having a little trouble working out the formula to get shorts to come up as a profit and not a loss
thank you
Very informative video. I am going to check it out. Could you post your referral link here, that would be helpful? Thanks
Hi Sasha, I know this is off topic from your video here but I noticed you did a video on Bitcoin not long ago. Would you be able to do a Bitmex tutorial? I can't seem to figure it out for some reason. I'm placing trades on the testnet but never seem to gain or lose money.
I'm new to trading and the stock market. Is keeping track of every trade something that all traders do? I've never heard it mentioned before. If so, is the information just for you to have a log or is it a requirement for people who trade for tax purposes or some other purpose? The air table looks like something i would love to have. Thank you for this video Sasha.
Thanks Sosha, this looks pretty helpful.
Seems very tedious. I like Tradervue for journaling. I can simply copy and paste to import my trades and then make journal notes. Program also creates performance reports for you.

Great video yet again!! Is it possible to share that trading template by any chance?
