I don't think there are any news behind this at all (maybe it boosted the move a bit). I think it's just simple TA this time. Because a daily equilibrium (or as you call it "Funnel?") was forming (tightening up) for a few weeks now, and it had to break /Bear or Bull/ sometime soon. And it broke Bullish so all the traders had "stop buy" orders (same as me) and they triggered once the break happened :). And bots acted on the move as well i think…

Doesnt make sense that a Whale would get in at that price level. Especailly when Bitcoin has been lower the past few days and consolidating along the support line for awhile now. If your going to buy millions in Bitcoin then every dollar counts.

This is my humble opinion about today’s sudden market cap explosion in crypto. As the rumours go it might be dealing with some major shortening crash earlier today, which was carried out all through the day. This has been proven and it’s a fact. The reason why the market cap during the day gained 34 billion$ all of the sudden in one day, n it’s explanation? My opinion. There’s rumours going on stating cartel is laundering money or some major cash wash was going on. But if so, then Monero would be the one buying into the market cap.. BUT as clearly seen in the WEEKLY chart!, compare market cap daytime and shortening timeframe… and compare it with EOS, CARDANO, ETHEREUM, NEO…n ironically TRON. And then come to your own conclusion. My facts are telling me, cartel nor money wash was happening, and instead major institutional money flow was pouring into the market which has been predicted long time now, and has been just a matter of time.. And as can clearly be seen where that huge money flow into crypto went today, as seen by the weekly charts, EOS and CARDANO, both big promising contenders as a platform for ethereum. And as can be seen; ethereum wasn’t gained in any huge way today, but look at EOS n CARDANO..!! And NEO which also is a contender for ethereums platform in Asia. And lastly, look at TRON…does that tell you something ?? I might be wrong, but all these facts can’t be denied and that tells me EOS and maybe CARDANO is where today’s huge cash follow went from institutions. And my guess would be that EOS show more signs of bullish just the last days along with their platform launching as early as this summer. But both of them might show good bets for the future. Just my thoughts n input of what occurred and why it is SUPER IMPORTANT for future investments.. I state bull-run is inevitable for bitcoin and crypto currencies. And since institutional liquidity been sitting at sidelines waiting for SEC regulations and FUD since December to settle down, ALONG with the fact that 22 EU nation members announced officially earlier this week that they are going to form a blockchain partnership!!Time to let the gate open and let the bulls run free. Blockchain is and the growth of crypto currencies are unstoppable.
