  1. The irregular spikes are most definitely from whales taking advantage of low liquidity and the resulting slippage on these thinly filled order books so they can increase profits. The alt-coin markets take even bigger dips in these times so I know they are playing both sides of the fence and manipulating trading bots, stop orders and noobie traders who panic sell.

    I watch the trading action on Coinbase Pro, as well as other exchanges, quite regularly and there is also a lot of spoofing and wash trading happening.

  2. I dont like Tradesanta, it seems scammy, they dont even tell how they earn money or who they are? And the interface is NOT userfriendly! You will lose more money than you make at the start because of mistakes. I tried it with Hashbot once. They are nerds with no sense for user friendly interfaces.
