My top three for last year would David Swartz and Brad Garlinghouse, XRP work, and Ivan on Tech.
I’d say other than Satoshi or Vitalik, the current developers on those respective projects as well as blockchain developers in general are the most influential.
While adoption is important you don’t need figureheads like Dorsey, you just need it to work.
I might add people in the mix like Ben Goertzel but that’s more in terms if AI.
