This asshole has to be kidding… banks haven't done that in over a decade, now it's you put your money in and we "loan" it out 10X over what you deposited. That's why the banks are in such a mess right now, you can't duplicate money by having a bank hold it, massive over-lending leads to massive inflation. You're basically taking the amount of dollars in the system and multiplying it by 10, it goes back to supply and demand – an over supply leads to less demand, so value of the dollar drops in the form of inflation.
The money system already been hacked, the money supply out of control, you parents saving at their early age worth shit .

I did notice the issue of lending. How will lending be handled if we move away from fiat currency? My guess is the market will control interest rates. As it is right now, the central banks control interest rates which might be another reason they are not interested in digital currently that is decentralized….no money in it for them.
