In this video you will learn about emotional euphoria and general emotions that creep in when you are trading. We discuss how you can evaluate yourself and your emotions – especially emotional highs as stocks move in your favor or you start earning a profit from your investments.

We cover topics such over-extended moves or stocks that moved beyond the averages and what to watch when the market become stretched.

We also discuss concepts like trading when you are in your higher self or lower self and the decision making process as you are in each stage.

When you have too many emotions while trading or placing a trade you should be extra careful as the markets may change on you quickly or you might be in an over-stretched market.

Always create a trading plan and strategy and follow that plan so that you can limit your emotions. Finding a balance or a counter balance to extreme moves in your emotions is key so that you can trade systematically and consistently.
