Ep 126: Getting Paid to Wait for Cheaper Stock Prices with Options

★ SUMMARY ★
In this video I will share with you an options strategy that you can use to pick up stocks at lower prices. It will allow you to get stocks at a cheaper price as you wait for it to come into your price point.

You will learn an advanced options strategy and how money is made in the markets through options. We will cover some of the risks with this strategy, why you need more capital or cash in your account, and other concepts regarding selling naked put options.

Doing this strategy will allow you to make money as you wait for the stock to come in. Keep in mind, option strategies can be dangerous if one does not fully understand options or the risks involved so you may want to review some of my additional videos or courses on options at http://rise2learn.com

  1. You talk about selling naked puts in this video but then you say that you have to have enough money in your account to buy the stock if it gets put to you. Isn`t that selling cash covered puts and not naked puts ???? Please clarify ???

  2. Thanks Sasha for this nice strategy,
Let's say a stock is at 120$ and you sell naked put at 100$,
1- Would you get assigned as soon as it goes bellow 100$ or would you get assigned only if it's below 100$ at the expiration date?
2- When it goes against you and you get assigned to the stock, isn't is better to short that stock for hedging (rather than getting out of the position)?

  3. Please just explain this point for me, in Vertical spreads, with two strikes , how can i sell OTM options before i buy them. ? I mean as this process includes buying and selling, i understand buying but how can i sell some options that i have not owned yet ??

  4. Hello Sir,

    How Are You…

"Can You Please Make Video On Time Frame ?
(Its Big Confusion On Time Frame Like)

Ie :- 5 minutes Buy But 15 Min Sell

15 Min Buy But 1 Hrs Sell & Day Buy

1 Hrs Buy , Day Sell & Weekly Buy

Its Seriously Making Me Very Confused & Cz Of It Making Losses This Days 🙁

    Thanks & Regards
    Vikrant…

  5. Thank you Professor for doing this one.  Can't wait to start doing this.  My account is not to the point where I can, so I have to wait a little longer, but will keep going over the video so that when the time comes I will know it.

  6. If your short PUT contract goes ITM for a brief moment or a day then returns to OTM (days before expiration), do you still get assigned the stock even though it is now OTM?

  7. Great info Sasha. Do you see any issue with shorting the stock when the price goes below the break even point? Say for instance you sell one FB 125 put option. If FB falls below 125, you can limit the loss by shorting 100 shares of FB @ 125.
