Thanks! I saw a three flat 5 minute bar in one of my coins and looked back a few hours and saw two other times where those 3-5 minute flats were followed by a drop, so got out just before it dropped again. Is this a common pattern?

Finally makes sense to me now… although could you please clarify if this is a bullish or bearish pattern? Or whether the 'inverse' head and shoulders pattern is either bullish or bearish as well?
